They can go whistle for it cheeky !!!!ers:mad:which reminds me Pooky, I have an official complaint in with HSBC! All my insurance premiiums are being refunded that I paid to them...and third party insurers are paying out on my accident...so a big mwah to your OH......

I am in good mood.
Have decided that as of sat morning, I am no longer doing CD.
I will stick to healthy eating and gym-ing and running. I spoke with DH tonight and said I was miserable and hating doing it-and I originally had said I'd only do it for 4-6 weeks-this will be week 5. He said I've done really well and accomplished what I wanted (which was to loose at least a stone and feel happier) so is supporting me. I think because Im also sticking with the gym he knows I've made a lifestyle choice. I feel so much happier making this choice!Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -

I think you are doing the right thing. The exercise will help your body find its own natural weight and keep eating under control (she says having just eaten a huge cookie)
I took DD sledging this afternoon, even though a lot of the snow had melted in the sun....I hope it snows really heavy tonight and we can have another day in the snow

You've done really well Bunny. How much have you lost in the 5 weeks?
I'm wondering if I could stick to it for a fixed period of time, a month or 2 maybe just to give the weight loss a huge kick start
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
