I need to buy a new car. I know which one I want (VW Touran) but wanted to see if any of you are experienced in buying through a website. The savings seem considerable. Sorry if posted somewhere else, could find a specific thread for this!

I'd suggest you choose the make model & spec you want, do your clikin' on the web, find the best PACKAGE (not just price), then talk to your 2 nearest dealers & get them to DEAL!!
You'll be better placed, to build up a relationship, that way, for future service/warranty/trade in stuff.
