• How do you expect the plastic surgery to change your life for the better?
• How long have you been considering plastic surgery?
• Include 1 portrait photo of yourself
• Include min. 2 other detailed photos (front view, side view) of the area where you’d like the surgery (i.e. nose, tummy, breasts.) so we can see what needs to be done.

Competition is open to all UK citizens with no age or gender limitation who send their contest application untill 28.02.2009.
Winners will receive a 1st prize package consisting of one cosmetic plastic surgery treatment performed by a Czech board certified plastic surgeon, consultation and pre-operative medical examination, post-operative care, all-inclusive in the clinic as well as hotel accommodation, return air ticket and airport transport.
Additionally, the winners will be expected to be interviewed in print and internet media and their stories published with photos (with no territorial restriction).

I had a tummy tuck in Prague last year. Best thing I have ever done for myself. No longer have a saggy stretch marked tum...wonderful. The standards of hygiene in the surgery I went to was EXCEPTIONAL...so much better than here in the UK. x

hi, went to prague for my boob job ….amazing! Dr Kulhanek from Beauty in Prague is wonderfull, very nice man he was there all the way for support. did an amazing job and now im going back for my nose. the hospital is really clean and has very nice staff. my friend had hers done at the same time but with transform in uk she paid over double of what did and she received crap treatment she wishes she had come with me now but she was scared of going abroad, she is definetely coming with me next time
