Trojan Virus

I wonder if anyone can help me get rid of a Trojan Vundo virus and Trojan Metajuan.
When I scan my pc with Norton Anti Virus it comes up with these viruses , even though they are in quarantine, I would like to get rid of them.
Over the last week I'm having trouble booting up my pc as it comes up with error boxes and takes ages for me to click through and bypass them.

We are networked with two laptops and 2 desk top pcs.
We use shared folders , and also am worried that the other pc's could be affected.

I'm not very technical as you can probably tell, but if anybody could help me, I would appreciate it.

Start with the " Malware/Spyware Removal Guide" sticky and for goodness sake get all the PCs fixed before you connect them back into the network as there's a good chance they are cross infecting each other

UPDATE and FULL SCAN
Post the log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds


Download SUPERANTISPYWARE (Top right)

Download CCLEANER (Top right)
http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
Run the top 2 scans (Backup the registry when it asks)

reboot

Download HIJACK THIS (Top right)

SCAN and post the log so we can see whats running

Symantec has a downloadable program you can use which will remove it. I had this problem a while back and It worked for me. Make sure you run it when in safe mode or you won't get it all.

Hello, I don't even know how to back up my computers.
Do I do the affected pc first as I only use that every now and then.
I use my laptop everyday, but not noticed anything going wrong on that yet.

Are all these downloads free?. I don't want to waste time scanning my computers, then it starts asking for money. I have fallen for that a few times.

in this occasion I would recommend this single combofix scan

and then post that log for me....better at Vundo infections an should deal with the infections in one hit

theyre all free
