I completed my list for today which was Mondays list...***waves frantically as is desperate for a star too***

Too late... she's gone  Maybe if you do today's list as well by the time she gets back you'll get a gold star for being a swot :p

Off to find some lunch and see how much of the kitchen I can do (it's FAR too cold to go out into the utility room!)

I don't want a star as I am studying instead :p but I have my own sticky dots (I hate using highlighters in course books) which I am making great use of. I have done loads inc set my experiment up, finding flat bottomed, straight sided plastic containers was the hardest part! Just about to send task 1 report to tutor group. I am on with chapter 3 reading which I am scheduled to finish by 7th February so well on target for that :D wohoooooo!!! I have hit a bit with a lot of maths so hence break time as I felt icky looking at it.

Right, yoghurt for lunch then more studying, then I will do the kitchen list (not that I want a star or anything :o )
One day I might be more organised...........

Well I am going to go and declutter the drive of snow - because if I have to go to work tomorrow I'll need to get the car off there and on to the [STRIKE]ice[/STRIKE] road.

Ooh just took delivery of three parcels from Nescafe (and I 'declutter' some of the beans from the coffee at work as I bring the glass home to be recycled)

  • I will join you too sexymouse a little late.
In my last HHC I started drying the fridge and realised that under the door shelves needed a scrub so took they all out, scrubbed and replaced. Washed all the trays dried and turned the fridge back on.
The work will wait for you to finish showing the LOs the rainbow, but the rainbow would not wait for you to finish the work.

Good idea Valli... things move a bit slowly over there, so if a few more people start getting some debate going it would be helpful. I'm just going through reviving some old threads :p

Valli sounds like a good idea to move it now

Actually I think the news report I just seen shows the difference between north/south coping with snow, national was someone from London area saying there was a foot of snow at their door so couldn't go to work. Northern lady (I'd guess in her 50s) who lives near the A66 dug her way through the 3ft of snow at her door then cleared her drive to go to work :rotfl: Shows where gets the most snow.

Ok I am going back to the books, half hour then half hour manic cleaning 2.30-3pm before collecting DS2.

They are 'tougher' up North methinks...like going out in t-shirts and shirts at night. Mind you someone was found dead locally over the weekend. It seems he died of hypothermia on the way home from the pub...although they thought it was suspicious at first and got the chopper up...but that's the drink affecting reasoning and common sense.

Off to clear the snow, sort out emergency bag and put the shovel in the car too..

My DP wears shorts all the time, 3/4 ish length are his favourite (but shorter on him as he's so tall) he cleared the snow off my car yesterday in them and a tshirt....bless him...he's out on his quad bike now (yes I do question his sanity)

Oh poo I'm supposed to be studying ***you didn't see me post that***
