I'm in again this week of sorts - I'm going to try and do the dailies and maybe a job or two off the list but mainly I'll be working from my own. I haven't managed to do much in the way of uni work and I want to get all of my written NVQ work done by the 24th so I can get as much of it finished as possible (assessment on the 25th and I finish the course in 32 days anyway) ;) I also have two other assignments but for my OU course due in on the 19th and the 26th

    Weeks list :
    • Tues - Placement, DD at Brownies, move money around, shopping?
    • Wed - Placement,
    • Thurs - Placement,
    • Fri - Time sheet for this week in.
    Monday :
    • Post office - eBay parcels
    • Job Center - 10am (enquire about NVQL3, situation when I finish my course?)
    • Time sheet in (last weeks)
    • Errands in town (H&B)
    • STUDYING
    • Ironing
    • Lunch for Tuesday
    • whatever else comes up....
Best shift myself as I've just noticed the time!

Where do you buy Stardrops from? Would love to try them but can't find them in any of the local supermarkets.

Down here you can get it in Asda, Sainsbury's or Wilkinson's

Really off to bed now ................

  • Thanks pigpen. I am in again to level 1 and will try to get to level two in at least one room.
The work will wait for you to finish showing the LOs the rainbow, but the rainbow would not wait for you to finish the work.

Have soaked in a very hot bath and read a bit of Miss Marple whilst |I was there. Didn't bother washing my hair (it'll get all grouted tomorrow anyway!) so popped in loads of bubble bath and massaged the aching bits I could reach - like my legs and feet and shoulders. It feels a little easier now. I shall go to be very soon before the warmth of the bath wears off

    Count us in :D

The Godfather has been and gone, and got home safely. A good w/e all round and MIL behaved herself!!!!

A & W played in the 2mm of snow so I am hoping for their sakes that we get a bit more so they can enjoy it properly.

Thanks for all the snow vibes sent to Miss A ;)

I'm actually yawning and feeling a bit tired (which is quite rare for me) so will switch off and see if I can get to sleep this side of midnight. Am guessing as soon as I get in bed I will be wide awake!

Anyways see you all in the morn ;) xx

    Count me in please.

Twinmummy - I got some Stardrops from one of those old fashioned hardware shops that stocks everything under the sun, had to ask for them because I wasn't sure of the packaging, cost me 99p, so maybe a lot cheaper at supermarkets. Mr Ald* have 'Bar Keeper's Friend' on offer this week £1.55, + lot's of other cleaning products.

Miss A - Lots of snowvibes especially for your garden (but not anywhere else, please)

Ironing done, uniform on the AGA drying in case it is required, next wash on the go.

Greenbe - from an eco point of view which is best - 60 short wash with non bio v longer 40 wash with bio (both ecover)?

Vanilla - if you do book CP there are sometimes codes offering £40-£60ish off

Toots - thanks for my ebay push last week 9/10 items sold

Night all, see you in the lovely white world tomorrow

Used to be on here a lot when I was on Maternity leave....but not really been around since going back to work (over a year ago now!!!) So...am going to try to join in again if that's ok Pigpen?

Hi brummiebabe - I am sure pigpen will have you back ....unless of course you were trouble!!!:rotfl: :rotfl: I think she has plenty of us like that to deal with just now so just pretend you will be a good flylady!!!!

Its nice that you have decided to come back and join us and hopefully LO is settled into a better routine now that allows you time to do things!

good idea to start with level 1 - if you can maintain that you will notice a difference.
welcome back to the still totally bonkers thread.

I dipped in a couple of weeks ago, and I have to hold up my hand and say I was overwhelmed by the amount of posts, plus some other stuff going on, and dipped back out again :o .

My MACAW for this week, is to keep up with this thread for the whole week! :rotfl:
Hi suzieq dont worry about keeping up - its not essential - try to even just read the last page and then post what you have done (with any replies you want to do or not!!!) Ther are loads of us who dont keep up so dont feel bad or that you are not part of the thread!
