Vodafone PAYG 'Live' problems

Yep - I was just about to ask the same question. Haven't been able to connect for about the last 24 hours
- was it the Vodafone store that told you it might take a few days to fix
I've looked on the Vodafone site and I can't find anywhere that mentions "network status" which would be useful. Presumably this would be very simple to implement and would allow users to check the website to check when they suspect there may be network problems and prevent an influx of calls to customer services (clearly a sceptical person might accuse Vodafone of cashing in on all the calls to customer services that would result from a network problem).:whistle:0 -
Are you both on PAYG? I have a contract with them and LIVE! works fine when I want to watch it. The only restrictions I have been getting is when there is no 3G signal.**BERTIE**Did you Know: It costs more than £325,000 a day to run the lifeboat service? (with no government funding) Please donate to the RNLI0

At 25p a time, I think you might be onto something there! Was also thinking about checking on the site as it would be of help to all those customers experiencing the 'major problem' I was informed of. I did ask in the Vodafone shop, yes. They were very helpful and checked all the settings etc before finding out that the problem was affecting a number of customers. My GPRS is working ok now, but its been unreliable in the week or so before it stopped working entirely. I was told that the problem could continue until the weekend, tho it seems ok now.0
