I had a disaster today whilst lifting a chip board floor. The circular saw nicked a central heating pipe. I drained the system and ran some solder into the cut which seems OK. What I need to know is will this be OK as a permanent repair or not

Wouldnt want to trust it in my house or anyone elses either. If you can solder get a straight 15mm (if thats what size you went into) and cut the pipe and solder with connector0
