Most of the people that post that you call moaners are ones that think the forum rules should be respected. If you disagree, start your own forum and don't bother posting your whining responses here.

Take a look at phylis and tell me when was the last useful post he/she gave that didnt involve poking her/his nose in, its plain to see its a forum guides job to check the posts out.

Forum guides are part-time volunteers, most have jobs and can't check every post. Some people who post here need to use a little intelligence, read the forum rules, use common sense and see if there is a better forum to post in than the obvious most popular one. Perhaps some comments on off-topic posts could be politer but a lot of people are fed-up with those who are too selfish or lazy to find the correct forum.
