As i mentioned earlier the house also has underfloor heating.....so i'm guessing the panel heaters would only be needed to quickly heat the room up

But the underfloor heating would run on daytime electricity probably providing only background heat and then you'd have the panel heaters on as well on days like these. If you're not tolerant of cold and don't want to be spending more than you have to on utilities, I'd look for a house with gas central heating.0 -
