If everything goes Ok - Pixmania are OK - not great, just OK. If anything goes wrong, they're a nightmare!
pixmania is part of Currys so you can exchange from them

    I echo Post 4.
I bought a camcorder for Christmas which they couldn't guarantee would arrive in time so I asked for a refund.
They sent me an email telling me my refund was actioned 30.12.08.
As of today, I still haven't received it.
If you must buy, use a credit card.
This TV was on offer in Sainsbury's recently for £349.

sainsburys's had the 32L4000 on offer for 349

 I thought the one that Comet and others were playing around with the price was this one >>>>>>> http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-32L4000-Widescreen-Bravia-Freeview/dp/B001DXA8Y6/ref=sr_1_4/278-3671049-7793333?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1233514531&sr=8-4

??? so confusing all the different models and near on identical model numbers!

Comet def had the V4000 for 329.99. ( I work there in the main office... )

not sure about the L4000 though!
  • Richer sounds had it for £299 on Boxing Day, but needless to say they didn't last long at that price, and JL was shut on Boxing Day. :(

I think the reason that it has gone back up in price is because of the poor exchange rate at the moment, because it's either a discontinued model, or one which is about to be discontinued....

I ended up paying £349 at Curry's in the end, still an awesome TV for the money though.
Thanks to all who post constructively.
