Fake "Shake" torches from ParamountZone.com

This is for those who bought (or know someone who bought) induction torches from ParamountZone.com before Christmas.
Please check that you have not been supplied with a FAKE.
If your torch shines for more than a 20 minutes _without_ having to be shaken it could also be FAKE.
If you can see what appear to be two small coin sized cell batteries through the case, it is almost certainly a FAKE.
If this applies to you please let me know here and send an email fao JAMES MORRIS at cs@paramountzone.com, mentioning ticket XSO-679629 in the subject line.
I bought three induction torches from ParamountZone.com as Christmas presents.
Genuine induction torches need no batteries and work by being shaken, which moves a magnet through a coil thereby charging a capacitor which powers the LED bulb for a few minutes at a time.
The torches I received were all FAKE.
They _looked_ like induction torches, with a transparent case, showing a metal coil and a moving metal slug. However, opening the case revealed that the coil was not attached to the circuit board, the metal slug was not a magnet and the LED was actually powered by two small cell batteries (which, in my case, powered the torch for over three days continuously _without_ any shaking whatsoever)
I have been in communication with ParamountZone.com who have somewhat reluctantly offered a refund, although they stated that mine was the only complaint and have raised a question as to whether I bought the torches from them at all. They claim to have no further stock and their supplier desputes that they supplied the torch I returned for checking.
I am concerned that other purchasers might not be aware that they have potentially purchased a FAKE, and in my communication with Mr Morris, he gave me no cause to to believe that he will be contacting other customers of these torches to offer them a refund if indeed they have also received FAKES.
