Speak to a broker preferably a broker who specialise in Property Insurance, they can arrange a policy especially designed for landlords at a surprisingly cheap premium.
P.S Your current Insurer should not penalise you when you cancel as they cannot provide the cover you want0 -
Try an insurance policy underwritten by Norwich union- you need to meet some criteria before they will insure you but I know they insure let properties as my dad used to have one with them!0

A lot of the bigger home insurance policies will cover this if you phone them up and ask, either by endorsing the policy or offering a new one.0
