The ex has been round shouting the odds, wants me to pay mortgage while he gets himself in a position to take over!!!!!!!!!

checking the water was turned off id take the taps and anything that wasnt nailed down, doors,kitchen units,any white goods , anything right down to the plants in the garden and as has been said EBAY!!
