Hello

I have agreed a let for a house today, however the property as lots of furniture in, and I have work so might not be able to get in there before BR (12th), also I have some prechecks Tuesday, should I fill the forms as if I am in there already, as if I dont, all the info on the forms will be inaccurate by the time the OR gets it????????????

You need to do your forms as of the date of BR however if it was me and it was only a day or two I would do them with the new figures. When will you sign the lease and when do you hope to move.

Congratulations of the new property - fingers crossed the pre-checks go through okay!

  • I hope to get keys two days after BR, could be sooner, just waiting for the LL to move furniture out.

I need to change my user name.

I am spending the whole day tomorrow filling in the forms.

My ex reckons he is not gonna let it get repo, I plan on taking everything I can from the house, Its all like new, can I get into trouble for that??

Until your house is repossessed it is yours, and you are entitled to do what you like with the contents.
