Well done, fingers crossed for you. We've got a second viewing on our property this week and have been on the market for quite a while. A friend has just accepted an offer for hers and my sister and another friend have both moved in the last month. My hubbys mate put his house on the market last Tuesday and had had 2 viewings and an offer which hes accepted by Wed night! Think thigs may be finally starting to move a bit around here at last!

one day you will look back at today and think how lucky you were....well done
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.
