    Right, if any one wants to know, debt collectors are allowed copys of your statments even if they are not apart of the actually company.

    I have managed to sort out this mess as i never even owed this money. And now been told i can make a complaint and get compo for my hassel

    Compalin to the OFt as they are getting more fierce with DCAs who chase people for debts that did not exist or threatening them.

    Whats the oft? surely its barclays fault not the debt collectors for selling the debt?

    barclays may or may not have sold the debt. They may simply have asked Moocroft to collect the debt.
