Problems with Amstrad Sky digibox

Having problems with the amstrad digibox. At first I thought the tele was going as the picture almost looks as there is a ghosting effect but then i noticed that the dvd picture was fine. Also there is a regular appearance of a horixonal line distorting the picture. I got the box about four months ago.
Any Ideas?
