Childs Savings Account

Can anybody tell me what the best savings account is for a child where they can withdraw the cash at the post office? We don't have a bank near us but we do have a post office.
Many thanks
Forgot to say that the children are 5 and 10....
It might not actually be the kids the do the withdrawing due to age, but we would still like to take the money out at the post office.

Depends on the age. 12y.o.+ can open basic account with Visa Electron or Solo card at majority of banks/BSs. See list of banks/BSs which cards work at PO's ATMs here: http://www.postoffice.co.uk/portal/po/jump2?catId=19400181&mediaId=19500196 .0
