Cats mess

Hi
I have 2 cats and was trying to get them to 'go' outside.
They refuse (turns out to be a good thing). Anyway I was emptying their litter tray this afternoon and my lovely next door neighbour stuck her head over the wall. Apparently cats (not mine, I pressume) are 'going' in her back yard.
So I am now intending to keep my own cats in, in the vain hope that the other 3 cats that come by to play (sometime even come into my house) will stop and so stop the mess in the next doors yard.
Failing that, does anyone have any ideas how to get cats to stop 'going' in my nextdoor nieghbours yard?

There are several products you or your neighbour can buy to keep cats away, ranging from sprays, crystals and ultrasonic devices. If neither of you have a dog, then I believe the ultrasonic devices which emit a high pitched noise when an animal goes near are quite effective at keeping cats away.0

Unless you never have your doors or windows open you can't really stop others coming to `play'!
It's nice to care for your neighbour - maybe suggest she run a search on here of previous posts on this subject?0
