This is surely a wooden chalet that has been built in someones garden? Maybe a granny annexe or teenagers home. Prices on this road are pretty high, though no 42 sounds like a bargain. Maybe the chalet is no 42?

Hainault Road is a very well known road in the area - massive houses, detached etc. However it aint no Bishops Avenue.

Not worth that money but there are unique buyers out there.

Rental wise it would probably achieve £1250-£1300 pcm.

Seems like a bargain to me. I note (picture 8) that there are two small sheds in the garden. So all you need to do is subdivide the property, sell those as two studio houses for £165K each, and you'll be quids in. :D
