Barclays Regular Saver

Anyone? Do I just need my passport or driving licence?
It's just that I tried to open a current account online (so I could open a regular saver online) but IIRC the current account needed my employment details. I want to stick with my Natwest current account and keep my payment from work going into my Natwest account. Can I open a Barclays current account without a regular payment going in?
I've been trying the Barclays site for the past couple of days but it just ain't having it0 -
Question: since this is not an ISA, can one individual open more than one account?0
