Do you think someone has put something nasty in a Jpeg?

Hi Guys,
I was playing Archna's game of the week (Weffriddles) which required me to click on a Jpeg photo. This involved right clicking on properties to change the photo name. I clicked on properties, and then accidentally clicked on something else (sorry don't remember what). I completed the puzzle, then when I tried to turn off my PC, I noticed my desktop wallpaper had changed to the photo in the first puzzle and also when I right clicked on one of the desktop icons (in order to delete it) I noticed that the dialogue box (that offers the options after right clicking) is very wide across the screen.
I'm concerned that someone may have put something nasty in one of the photos, (I was required to click on and modify the names of two photos) so I've run several tests (ccleaner, Spybot, avast, Super-anti-Spy and Malware Bytes) and all show no infections.
Do you think my system is clean and that I accidentally caused the changes to happen?
If it's clean, I can remove the new wallpaper myself, but I need help restoring the desktop right click dialogue box to normal.
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Thanks Browntoa, I reckon you're right!
It's just that nowadays, when odd things happen I get a bit overcautious, after some of the nasties I've had in the past!
Glad to have your reassurance! :beer:0
