1. The Promoter is Europcar UK Limited, Europcar House, Aldenham Road, Bushey, Watford, WD23 2QQ.
2. Competition is open to all mainland UK residents aged 30 or over (excluding Northern Ireland) with a valid licence except employees of Europcar UK Limited or anyone associated with the promotion. Winners must have a full clean licence for the last 12 months and vehicles must not be taken outside of the UK. Transfers between the mainland UK and Northern Ireland are not permitted.
3. Europcar reserves the right to cancel or amend he competition at any time.
4. Entry to the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions.
5. Driver qualifications and minimum age restrictions apply.
6. Closing date for entries is 20th February 2009.
7. One winner will be drawn at random from all the correct entries.
8. The winner will be contacted by post within 14 days of the closing date.
9. Winners will receive a weekend rental of a Mini Cooper S, Porsche Boxster or Mercedes SLK for one driver's use every weekend for a month, subject to availability, The car will be delivered to the winner's home or work address anytime between opening hours Friday and collected the same time on Monday. A damage liability excess of £500 applies, which is non-waivable. This excess however, is only charged when the vehicle is returned with new damage. Additional drivers must be confirmed at time of reservation. 24-hour roadside assistance is included. The prize must be booked and completed by 20th August 2009.
10. There is no cash alternative to the prize stated above.
11. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 12. Europcar do not accept any responsibility for entries which are illegible or lost or damaged in transit. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
