  • Morning

Well, i got back safely from picking OH up from work, i managed to forget to take my purse out of my bag (oh the shame of it) i didnt spend on unnecessary clothing or the fab shoes they have in there (Matalan) but I decided there wasnt anything for tea, so went to Tesco. I bought only value stuff and got loads for £17.75. Then remembered i had a £4.50 money off voucher in my purse that I had forgot all about. So, what i thought was a bargain was even more of a bargain.

    Total spend yesterday £23 ish

Didnt get the patches out of the box, must remember when i get home!!!

I find if you keep a spending diary for a week or so then look back at what you have bought you will be shocked how much you buy that you dont need. It then makes me think twice about spending it the next time.

Also i take part in the payment a day challenge on here, so when im thinking about buying something i always think how much i could be putting towards my debts. Even the odd pound that you think nothing of can make a difference!

You seem to be doing good though, just keep asking yourself, do i really need that?

  • Thanks for that flower. So far I have spent nothing today NOT EVEN ON CIGS!!! I got the patches out of the box and have got one on now. Its seems to be working so far. I already had packed lunch made up at work but have spent 71p on a cheese scone. Normally I would have spent bout £6 by now.

spend so far today 71p yey!
