    Some servers are fixed and some aren't.. so if you click search again and again it'll sometimes work and sometimes not

    flush dns seems to clear it

  • Working fine here, looks like all of googles servers are back to normal!
  • Don't need to flush dns now spreadtrader. The reason it fixed it for you is some servers were working and some weren't.

    I believe they're all working now. worst comes to worst close down browse and re-open to get rid of search cache ;)

    That God it's not just me then. What really threw me was it happened on my Vista lap top immediately after I'd downloaded and installed an MS security update, so I was assuming my laptop was screwed. :eek:

    Even worse, when I went back to my old XP machine a few minutes ago, the Google problem wasn't apparent, which reinforced even more the prospect that my laptop was toast :rotfl:
