Offer to buy house outright

Options
We have our house on the market and have been approached by a company who have offered to buy the house outright. On looking on the web I have found a very negative comment by a previous client of theirs saying that when it came to exchange, the company reduced it's offer drastically. Are there any genuine companies out there that offer this kind of service or should we stay well away ?

  • tell them yes if they pay all the solicitors fees etc then your not out of pocket and you want the market value not some value they make up
if you think peoples advice is helpfull please take the time to clicking the thank you button it gives great satisfaction
  • You won't get market value because these companies try to buy on the cheap from people who are very desperate to sell hence their offers tend to be ridiculously low.

There are plenty of these type of 'companies'.
