Please help re: British Gas

Late last year I fixed my duel fuel, until 2011, with British Gas because prices were going up. Now they send me a letter talking about gas prices going down and I should fix my gas until 2011. Is it possible to unfix the gas portion and refix it, or am I stuck with the original arrangement? Thanks

For domestic customers you are not stuck with the fixed tariff - you are always free to pay the leaving fee of £20 to £50 per fuel and change supplier or tariff.0

Sorry but thats why its fixed. You wouldnt have made this post if it was the other way around. I pay a fixed mortgage and now it would be cheaper to be on a tracker but I am in same position where I am paying over the odds0
