Egg Money balance not available

Is anyone else having problems viewing the details of their Egg Money account?
I've been trying all morning and can only get the summary value that appears on the list of accounts. When I try to get details of transactions it says my account details are currently unavailable and I just wondered if I'm the only one.
I was hoping to have an automated top-up payment on the card processed overnight and I've yet to recieve my top-up (which should have happened in the morning)... wonder if the two are linked.
Also thought it might be something to do with the new website they are working on but everything else seems to be available. Does anyone know when the improved Egg website is due to go live?

Neither can I! The balance on the Money Manager Screen show the my DD payment into the card did go through though, so I'm happy anyway!completed Uni in 2004 without any student debt - woohoo!0

Yes, my Egg Money account has not been able to show transactions all day. In addition random transactions have been declined over the last couple of days (the first time I have ever had that happen) and now the secure messagig is not working at all. What is happening with Egg?0

When I checked at about 8:30pm I managed to get details of my transactions up (first time today!)... what do you know - half hour later my top up came through!
Guessing they were working through a backlog of payments perhaps? It would explain my delay and might go some way to explaining why some transactions are being declined (perhaps they couldn't check the balance of the account at the time of the transaction?)... I don't know, just supposing...The only computer error is a human one.0 -
Could be:
1) The imminent site redesign.
2) Egg's systems frequently struggle during busy periods. They really ought to update their setup.0 -
It seems to go down every so often and can take a variable amount of time before it comes back up.Nice to save.0
