1. This competition ("the Competition") is organised and administered by SPARROWHAWK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED
2. All Competition entries must comply with these terms and conditions ("the Competition Rules"). Entries which do not comply with the Competition Rules will not be accepted.
3. The Competition opens on 18th February 2009.
Competition eligibility
4. Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom only. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. Employees of NBC UNIVERSAL and Universal Orlando® Resort and any of their associated companies and members of any of their immediate families and households are not eligible to enter the Competition.
5. Each entrant must submit an e-mail entry online at www.divatv.co.uk and must include his/her full name, telephone number, age, address details, email address and the correct answer to the competition trivia question. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entries must be received by Diva TV before the close of the Competition. Late entries, incomplete entries or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.
6. Diva TV does not accept any responsibility for entries submitted but not received. Proof of submitting is not proof of receipt.
7. The Competition winner will be notified by email and/or post as soon as is practicable following the determination of the Competition. If a prize is not claimed within two weeks of notification then the unclaimed prize will be deemed forfeited and Diva TV reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
8. By entering the Competition you are warranting to Diva TV that all information supplied by you is true, current and complete.

9. The competition winner will be selected by Diva TV at random from all correct competition entries received.
10. The competition prize is a one week holiday for the winner and up to three (3) companions to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida, the United States of America, consisting of each of the following: - Four (4) roundtrip airfares (economy fares only) from Heathrow or Gatwick Airports to Orlando, Fl. - non-exclusive ground transfers between hotel and airport in Orlando - seven (7) nights on-site hotel accommodation at the Portofino Bay®, room and tax only, for up to four (4) people in a maximum of one (1) room - four (4) x 7-Day/2-Park Admissions to both Universal Studios Florida® and Universal's Islands of Adventure® theme parks (together "the Prize"), and a Spa experience for one. There are no runner-up prizes. Travel insurance and travel to and from the airport in the UK is not included in the prize.
11. All travel must be completed by 18th February 2010, and all elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time. If winner is between the ages of 18 and 21 he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least 21 years of age or older in order to check into the on-site hotel. All minor travelling companions must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Winners and companions must travel at the same time and must depart from the same city. Universal reserves the right to change the name of all tickets. The Prize may be subject to additional terms, conditions, limitations or restrictions imposed by the service provider or related third parties ("Third Party Rules", including without limitation any travel or visa requirements and age or height restrictions for theme park rides). The Competition winner and his/her companions agree to familiarise themselves with and comply with any applicable Third Party Rules.
12. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other goods or services, and is not available for re-sale.
13. Diva TV reserves the right to cancel or to substitute any part of the Prize with a prize of similar nature or value if the original prize or a part of it is not available for any reason.

Just noticed in the T&C's it say's "The Competition opens on 18th February 2009"

maybe this is an error

The comp was in there latest newsletter and is live on the website and I have just entered and it appeared to accepted my entry

If you enter and the T&C's are correct your entry may not be accepted howether if you enter after the 18/02 you might not be able to enter full stop!

what a dilemma!!!

This is a fantastic prize, we stayed in the Portofino Hotel for our honeymoon many years ago ! Would be a dream come true to go again with our children.
