you request a list of charges and the 40 days pass with no acknowledgement or list of charges are ever supplied?

Egg are pretty good at repaying charges, although you have to go through the cycle of 3 letters before you get them.
Suggest you write back again as they have obviously "lost" your last letter.
Being with Moorcroft is a pain but will not stop you reclaiming.0
