Citroen Warranty
I have a Citroen which is due for its first MOT in April. I did not buy the car from the local dealer as I have a real problem with the service they provide and even when I complained they were downright rude. I asked the dealer I bought the car from, which is about 300 miles away, if I could use another garage for servicing the car and they told me that wouldn't be a problem (nothing in writing though).
I have had to take the car into the local dealer as there is a warning light on the dash (car is still under warranty) and they have told me that I have invalidated my warranty because I have not used the official citroen dealer for servicing the car in the last year of the warranty. I am so angry as it appears that I have to use a garage that provides poor service.
Anyone else with a similar experience?

When they said you coudl use another dealer, it still has to be a Citroen dealer. It cant just be any random garage. If you found my comment helpful, please click the 'Thanks' button below :T0

I thought you could use any garage as long as they carried out the service to citroens reccomendations and used genuine citroen parts0
