  • hiya I have been paying Capquest for about a year now but I sent them a letter about 3 months ago asking for statements relating to the debt so i could claim back charges and they have had my account on hold since then, may be worth doing to give you a bit of breathing space while you sort something out for them? I wouldn't stress too much about it though as others have said its probably just threats to scare you into paying them
