Nearly there, phone interview week after next! I have had my pack, but it only contains an ethnic monitoring form, a form that has to be witnessed and a permission form to HMRC. Hi bankrupt novice - I had a f2f interview too and preferred it to a telephone interview. I felt able to explain better face to face and also you can judge their expression.
