Nearly there, phone interview week after next! I have had my pack, but it only contains an ethnic monitoring form, a form that has to be witnessed and a permission form to HMRC. It hasnt asked for any business accounts, or bank statements? has anyone else had this problems before as i cant see that they will get the statements from the bank in time for my interview unless the bank have to send within a certain time as its the OR requesting!! (oh the power) !

Dont worry, my pack was the same. It didnt ask for bank statements/credit cards statements, in fact any statements at all. The OR can get from your bank if need be. Its not a problem, a lot of people would swap places with you. Did you give a lengthy reason for your reasons for going BR, if so maybe the OR has all the info he needs.
Oh and do not waffle at your interview! Its harder than you think!!0 -
No i didnt go into that much detail, just answred the questions they asked. Im glad i got a phone interview to be honest as its my 2nd time BR. But im such a Sceptic that im awaiting a call saying sorry we made a mistake you gotta come in now!0

They don't always need all the paperwork for the interview as they normally work from your SOA. They then look at all the paperwork and write a report.Free impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

Ohh sucks I would have liked to see if they made any remarks about the LTSB man who tried to offer me a £12000 loan after I had told him I was going br!!!!!

If a family member is a creditor and you include them in your bc, i believe a report gets sent to them ,so you could,if they are still speaking to you;) ,get to see it that way.DxFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

No unluckily my family are far too sensible to lend me any money!:j It would just have been nice too know if LTSB had their knuckles wrapped just a little bit!

No from what i know of the system. The report just outlines your financial situation(inolvency) and informs them of your bc:DFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

We received our BR packs this morning - all the usual forms but on the letter from the OR office (the one you sign to return and one you keep) it asked for 12months Bank and Credit Card statements.
Now that's no prob re the bank - got it all online but I have ordered anyway, but I never keep my Credit Card statements once they've been paid so could only find these for November and December. I'm going to phone the suppliers to get 12-months copies if I can if not I'll let the OR deal with it, their job after all.
Our interviews are both at the OR's office 17th February  - we expected a telephone call having read about the interviews from this forum so my OH is very worried as to why we are getting a face to face interview - also both interviews are for the same time so it would appear its joint which is good.
Personally I'm glad we're having to go to the OR's office so we can put a face to them and likewise us - think its easier to deal with people and facts and figures if you know who you are dealing with.
I'll keep you posted on any outcome too.0
