Repayment of overdraft charges.

Hi.
Please can someone help me. i've been asked to repay back my overdraft and have been charged £20 to do this with a monthly payment plan but as i obviously dont have monthly amount they want me to repay they say they will review in April.
Does this mean i will have to pay another £20 for the new arrangement or will i be able to claim back if charged?
Would be glad of any advise. Thanks. Samm
