Welcome as a newbie. Am assuming this is a genuine enquiry from a tenant rather than someone trying to advertise an LA  There are a couple of reviews here

I also hope it is a genuine enquiry as well. However as tbs624 says check out the link for online review
  • yes it is a genuine query. i had moved out of the flat and trying to get the deposit from Jordanfishwick, they seem to be delaying for no reason.

Please give me some tips to get the deposit back.

    Thanks.
  • the deposit must be given back within 14 days unless there are works to be done at the property, you would be informed of this first however

Firstly, I have no affiliation whatsoever with Jordan Fishwick . Secondly, they're a highly reputable EA/LA in this area.

Can you give some more information? Did you break your tenancy agreement in any way? Is the deposit held by JF or by another organisation (DPS for example)?
