    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

    No they don't, for some strange reason there's usually no sign of them when I go to bed, they obviously appear during the night, cos when I try & get up I'm pinned down by them laying on the duvet alongside me :rotfl:
