Boil them up for stock - yummy - loads of flavour....just add the giblets to a pan of water and boil for about an hour - give the remnants to the cat/dog/husband (not the husband really) and keep the liquid for soup for gravy."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -

Not quite but it was very wierd........................
We both had a drink last night with the neighbours, during which my OH's sister rang up at 8.00 for a chat, we told her we had company so she didnt talk long (this is relevant)
I went to bed around 11.30 but OH stayed up a while longer as he does to have another drink (he was totally bladdered already) I left him sitting in the sunroom having a drink and a cigar, the door was open to let out the smoke and it was freezing in there.
Anyway...........I was woken at 1am by the telephone ringing, I jumped out of my skin as you do at that time of morning and OH was still not in bed, I went downstairs to find him as I thought he must have answered the phone, he hadnt but he was still in the sunroom slumped in a chair cold as ice it took me over a minute to wake him and I was getting really worried.
I dialled 1471 to find out who had called but the BT voice said that the last call was his sister at 8.00pm:eek:
OH then told me that he had been dreaming and talking to his Dad in his dreams who passed away last year...................who made the phone ring????????? How long would OH have been safe in the freezing room before he never woke up again????????But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Make a tasty, delicious stock by adding celery, bayleaf, onion, carrot and then NOT boiling it all away
YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0 -

...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0
