    Over two years old and never been serviced??? I would've thought that kinda says it all.

    The warranty is fine on the car, after a panicked phone call i was told that it's 1st service is due at 12,000 or 2 years, the car is 18 months old so thats why it has no service stamps! Its due its service now as i have just driven 12,000 miles! Thanks for everyone's help!

    It doesn't help the OP much but I bought my Mini used and the clock for servicing has been reset for 18,000 from the mileage when I purchased it so it did get a service between owners; just pointing out that different car companies might be different.
    Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
