antivirus 2009 :(

hi guys av been having a few problems with my antie's pc she downloaded antivirus 2009 now her pc playin up i've tryed installing malwarebyre's off my memory stick wont install even tryed to install hjt still nothing av even tryed system restore still nothing wont do it safe mode either and sometimes it freezes any help please

renamed malwarebyes installed ok but wont run and SUPERANTISPYWARE keeps gettin a error messages

if the rescue CD does not work then this is for antivirus pro 2009 , but it's more or less the same infection
