which provider
I have used a comparison site which tells me how much I can save changing to various providers. I don't want to change to the cheapest just to find that they are not so good on customer service. SO me question is:
what anyone think of customer services of 1-edf, 2-nPower,3-Br Gas &4- eOn
will appreciate your input.

You will find people to say good and bad about all of them. I've never used EDF but have had accounts with the others, and am now with Scottish Power. Since online account management has been an option, I've used it and avoided call centres.
I am very aware of how much energy I use, how it is charged and make sure my DD is set correctly. Once that's set up, I've not really had any call to contact them. Have switched about once a year and haven't really noticed any difference in customer service.0 -
Some of the comparison sites (e.g energyhelpline.com) have service ratings of the suppliers
The one on the energyhelpline is "derived from the number of cases raised by energywatch, plus services available from the supplier."
