Does anyone know please

of a web site that I can design for free where visitors to the web site (participants for my dissertation questionaire) can fill in a questionaire that the web page has allowed me to design and the questionaire can then be submitted to me somehow?

The most common are SurveyMonkey and SurveyGizmo.

I'd say SuveyGizmo are the best, but it would depend on what you were needing. If you don't need more than ten questions then SurveyMonkey would suit your needs.

isthere one you know of with 30 - 40 questions and over 100, say 1000 responses still for free?

I highly doubt it. 1000 responses is quite a lot, are you sure you'd get that many?

Well I'm targetting all the university staff with printers. Need over 100 anyway to use the questionaires in my dissertation
