What allows you to qualify for going down Financial Hardship Route

Hi All
I was looking for some advice re claiming down financial hardship for charges with Bank of Scotland and Halifax. I work fulltime. Any info be great.

    Having more outgoings than ingoings, owing creditors money, borrowing additional money ie loans, credit cards. letters from people like credit cards or council tax arrears will help your case.
    You will need to write a financial statement that you can request your bank send you, which will include ingoings and outgoings. They may ask for proof so you need to be accurate.
    No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one! :mad:
