1. The competition will close on 7th March 2009 at 6AM.
2. This competition is open to all residents of the UK, 18 or older, except employees of FilmFlex Movies Ltd, Virgin Media Ltd, the Universal Orlando® Resort and their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected to this competition.
3. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these General Rules. FilmFlex Movies Ltd reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these General Rules.
4. The Grand Prize is a trip for four (4) to Universal Orlando Resort to include: Economy return flight for four (4) from Gatwick or Heathrow airports to Orlando Florida; non-exclusive ground transfers to/from the Orlando airport and the hotel; hotel accommodation for 7 consecutive nights at the Hard Rock Hotel® at Universal Orlando plus Universal ExpressSM ride access to participating rides and attractions with room key card; admission to both Universal Studios Florida® and Universal’s Islands of Adventure® for seven (7) days; and $1,000 in spending money. All travel must be completed by 6 March 2010. The winner and his/her travel guests must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for ground transportation from the winner’s and/or traveling guests’ residences and the departure airport. If Winner is between the ages of 18 and 21, he/she must be accompanied by an adult at least 21 years of age in order to check in to on-site hotel. Minor traveling companions must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All departure taxes (at the time of booking), transfers, meals, insurance, items of personal nature and all other costs and expenses not specifically stated as included herein are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her travel guests. Reservations will be accepted based on space availability, and must be booked a minimum of (sixty) 60 days prior to the departure date. Blackout periods and other restrictions may apply. If for any reason all or a portion of the prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer alternatives of the same standard. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion have a valid passport and/or other necessary travel documentation/visas and have valid travel insurance for the duration of the trip.
5. The winner for the competition will be selected at random.
6. The judge’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. FilmFlex Movies Ltd will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an entrant’s ability to participate in the Competition.
8. The winner will be notified by e-mail within seven days from the draw date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted before this time, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner from the correct entries which were received before the closing date as specified at entry.
9. By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by FilmFlex Movies.
10. Only one entry per household is permitted.
