PPI send the request to Aros as they got the money.
I think you also need to cancel the PPI for the future (assuming that is what you want to do?)If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Yes I will be cancelling the PPi as i am already unemployed and have been for a while and what i get back from that will almost clear that debt as well and only leave me with approximately £100 left to pay on that debt, so hopefully that would be 2 debts down.Became Debt Free 2009

Sorry first time on here, not sure if im posting question in correct place! I requested a copy of credit agreement from a debt company chasing one of my debts and they sent me a letter requesting that I contact the original company that the debt was with quoting that I request under the consumer credit act 1978? If the debt company have taken over the debt does that not mean they take over everything to do with the debt including keeping copies of the original credit agreements??? does the responsibility not lay with them or should I contact the original creditor? any help would be greatly appreciated!0
