it does mention the creit limit - section 2 - will be advised on your statement. That is acceptable.

Is this a store card or credit card?

Sorry. I should say that it is "rate of interest" that is a prescribed term. That is not necessarily APR.

  • Okay at terms and conditions it says this:
    2. Credit limit will be shown on statement
    3. statement will be sent out approxiamately every 4 weeks and will show current balance and any other transactions.
    5. what you must pay minimum over £100 will be 5% of the current balance and under £100 will be £5.
    6. Charges that it says they are entitled to charge:
Fee for going into arrears up to £10
Letter confirming clearance of debt £10
Reduction in pament schedule up to £20
Fee for not providing a forwarding address £30
Immediate credit file reference update £5
Fee for non-response to pursuit of debt £10
Dishonoured cheque and or direct debit £15
Transfer of debt to a collection agency up to £30
Court summons fees and solicitors fees from £90

That is the jist of what is on the document but there is more about buy now pay later interest opt outs and so forth but nothing that i can understand.
This is a flexible account credit agreement but i dont no which one of the above that u wrote about applies to me if any.

Unless you are going to push it to the wire and intend to possibly test this agreement in court, then it may be more hassle than it is worth to be honest.

  • So do you think I should concentrate on the charges that i have accumulated as I have alot from the last 4 years and i know it would clear off my account completely, I know I only owe £313 but ive been paying it for ever more and I just wish it gone.

  • One other thing I need to claim back my PPi on my Argos card do i send it to Argos or the insurance firm that underwrites it.
Also as it is a premium i pay every month do i add the 8% to it like it would be for a lump sum PPi.

Sorry for being a pain must feel like 20 questions to you lot.
