Withdrawing in Hong Kong using Maestro Natwest

Hi all, I am just on holiday atm in HK... I have been trying to withdraw some cash from Maestro certified machines.. but everytime I try to withdraw, it says contact CS... What is the best way to get around this in a 'cheap' way? Should I try to add credits to my skype and call natwest? 2 years ago, I never needed to 'authorize' the withdrawals abroad! Its actually bit annoying but I suppose they are doing a good job preventing fraudulent activities!

These days some banks ask you to tell them before you go abroad if you are going to use your card there. I'd say give them a call.0
