im in 16k debt how do get out unempolyed too

hi ther im new to this site im 16 thousand in debt , 8k loan, 4k overdraft, 4.5k credit card, ive just been layed off work 2 weeks ago on top of this i have rent child maintence car bills etc ......what do i do?????????
