When JSA paid into my account?

Hi There
I had my first meeting with the job centre a month ago and then went for my 1st ob check in a week later and was told to go every 2 weeks - the next one is next week but I still havent been paid yet how long does it usualyl take?

It varies a lot - they are very busy at the moment. It's worth chasing it up.

I registered on the 12th Jan - had first interview on 16th Jan. Had to then sign on 20th Jan and asked them there and then. They said it was all set up on screen and could tell me how much. Got first payment Friday 23rd Jan, but they do not pay for the first three days of your claim. They also take 3 days to put your money through which is not counted in that payment. SO only received 6 days after the first fortnight. So hoping next Friday I will get 2 weeks payment.
